A valid request immediately ends sign-in access, hides the public freelancer profile, and marks the account as pending deletion. ABCWED does not present temporary freezing as completed deletion.

These records remain restricted for 365days to support fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, safety investigations, and lawful information requests. At the end of that window, records are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless a legal hold still applies.
Minimal security events, access history, and the deletion-request audit record are retained for 365 days. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and is used only for security, fraud investigation, legal response, and proof that the request was handled.
Records required to support accounting and UAE tax obligations may be retained for at least 7 years after the end of the relevant tax period. They are not kept for advertising or normal marketplace use after account access ends.
Data connected to an active dispute, payment claim, fraud or safety investigation, court or regulator order, or lawful law-enforcement request is restricted and retained until the matter and the applicable legal retention period end. Unrelated data follows the normal schedule.
Sign in to the ABCWED account you want deleted. We use the authenticated session to verify ownership and never accept an unauthenticated deletion request based only on an email address.
